Sustainable Mobility Director of the Barcelona Metropolitan Area (AMB). Graduated as Civil engineer by the Polytechnic University of Barcelona, and has an MBA by the business school of Barcelona ESADE. He is currently in charge of sustainable mobility services, including bicycle promotion, e-mobility services and the fight against air pollution, mainly the Barcelona LEZ project.

Currently, Chairman of the Metropolitan Mobility Council of the AMB and president of the Environmental Committee of Catalan Civil Engineers. Previously different responsibilities in the AMB, in the fields of public management of the environment (water, waste and the fight against climate change), the promotion of sheltered housing and urban planning.
