In 7 years of management, the Mobility Department has received numerous state and international recognitions and awards. EMT was awarded the prize for the best urban transport company of the year 2018. In March 2019, Valencia was awarded the BikeFriendly City award for the best cycling infrastructure in Spain.

Grezzi has also worked as a translator, collaborated in the creation of the Ecovida Cooperative, dedicated to environmental services. He specializes in mobility and transport, was an advisor to Joan Ribó, current mayor of Valencia, in the municipal group from 2011 to 2015. Elected councilor of Compromís in 2015.
