Councilor for Mobility, Transport and Traffic in the Municipality of Maputo (Mozambique). He has also worked as Councilor for Territorial Planning, Environment and Urbanization and since 2005 he has been part of the Maputo Municipal Council. With 20 years of experience, he has a degree in Civil Engineering from Eduardo Mondlane University (UEM) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Mozambique Superior Institute of Science and Technology (ISCTEM). He is also a part-time professor at UEM – Faculty of Engineering.
