Head of the International Relations Service of the AMB. He is an expert in EU funding for local governments (Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027 and Next Generation EU), internationalisation of cities, community policies, management of transnational networks, lobbying, metropolitan governance and policies, Euro-Mediterranean relations and decentralised cooperation. Postgraduate degree in Local Administration from the University of Barcelona, Master in European Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
