Professor of Transport Policy at Molde University College, Norway, and a Senior Researcher in the Mobility Group at the Urban Planning Institute of Slovenia. His research interests include comparative transport policy evaluation, transport governance, sustainable urban mobility planning, and parking management. In his spare time he enjoys ski touring and playing the ukulele, although not necessarily simultaneously.
