Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis, Data and Statistics Division of the OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities, where he leads the work on sub-national statistics and the OECD Geospatial Analysis Laboratory. He holds a PhD in economics, and has published numerous articles in academic journals in the field of urban economics and regional studies. He is professor of urban and regional economics at Paris Dauphine University.
