Agustín Fernández de Losada

Senior researcher and director of the Global Cities programme at CIDOB (Barcelona Centre for International Affairs). He holds a degree in Law and a Master’s degree in European Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). He also holds a diploma in Public Management from ESADE and has developed part of his studies at the Freie Universität Berlin. Since 2013 he is the director of the International Studies and Technical Assistance Department of Tornos Advocats, one of the most important law firms specialized in public law and governance in Spain. He has worked as an expert for several United Nations agencies, the European Commission and an important number of national and local governments around the world.
