PhD in Sociology from the University of Barcelona. PhD in History from the University of Girona. Master’s Degree in Political Analysis from the UOC. Degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He is director of Urban Quality Strategies, president of the Citizenship and Good Governance Foundation, founding member and coordinator of the movement of cities and regions that promotes democratic governance AERYC (Africa-America-Europe of Regions and Cities) and guest professor at various Spanish and Latin American universities. He has participated in the assessment, elaboration and evaluation of more than 100 urban and regional strategies in Europe, Africa and Latin America.
