Civil engineer and master in Transport Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ. She has been working in the public segment for over 20 years on urban and regional transport planning and operations areas, and on regulation of basic sanitation services.

She currently is Manager-Superintendent of Executive Superintendence of Urban Mobility in Belém (SEMOB), member of State Traffic Council of Pará (CETRAN/PA) and Vice-President of the Northern Region of The National Forum of Secretaries and Public Leaders on Urban Mobility
